CHARCUTERIE 101 WITH BUTCHER CODY SHINTOSKI ON WDIV LOCAL 4 NEWS

The Marrow Butcher Shop was honored with a special feature on December 22, 2023 on WDIV Local 4 New, Click on Detroit. In the segment, Kim DeGiulio visited Marrow for a one-on-one with Butcher Cody Shintoski, who walked her through how to build a winning charcuterie board. Quite pertinent especially during the entertainment-heavy holiday season, but always a helpful skill to have ready-to-go.
