Recipe by Marrow Detroit Provisions VP of Sales and Operations - Heather Ratliff

Being surrounded by culinary genius’ when you’re working on the busines side of things as a food system specialist, with two kids to raise, is nothing less than intimidating. That’s why I love developing this brand. We’re here to make it simplify having an ethically sourced, quality, chef-crafted meals at home.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I want Marrow’s sustainable sourcing and flavor profiles every day. But I seldom have the time to make a home-cooked meal from scratch between school, activities, and bedtime routines. And, don’t even get me started on holiday parties! There are so many ideas out there, but who has time for that?! So here’s one of my favorites. Done simply, sourced locally, and flavored by experts.

QUALITY. COMMUNITY. LAND. ANIMAL.

Enjoy!
