1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package Marrow Detroit Provisions Bacon Burger or Beef Bacon Burger
1½ teaspoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Directions
Marrow Detroit Provisions - Bacon Burger Casserole
Dice ½ medium yellow onion, grate yellow cheddar
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a broiler safe (if you want to brown top at end) dutch oven or heavy skillet. Add onion and bacon burger to the pan.
Season with salt, granulated garlic, black pepper. Cook until onions are translucent and burger is browned, break up burger in pan.
Add 3½ cups of butcher broth, diced tomatoes. Scrape the bottom of the pan to free anything stuck. Bring to a boil.
Add noodles and cook until the pasta is cooked (10 minutes or so). Add more broth as needed as the noodles absorb the liquid.
Remove from heat and taste, season with extra salt and pepper as necessary.
Mix cheese in leaving a layer of cheese on top.
Turn on broiler, broil until cheese is melted and browned (2-3 minutes).
